Sometimes love comes when (and where) it's least expected. Months after bride Jen moved away from the Windy City, she came back to visit and was introduced to Troy. "We hit it off after friends introduced us and thus began a long distance love affair- until I decided to move back to Chicago after only being gone for a year," she says. "We moved in together and the rest is history!"
Jen + Troy's big day is a true reflection of their chic taste, fabulous style, and adoration for one another. From their teary first look in the beautiful South Gardens to an intimate ceremony (complete with butterfly release!) and fun celebration on the beautiful modern terrace, the Art Institute of Chicago provided the perfect back drop for these two to tie the knot in the city that brought them together. With fabulous planning and styling by the Bride and Joy Events team, not a detail was spared, providing fabulous food, gorgeous decor and a fantastic evening for this happy couple, their families and friends, and their wonderful (and perfectly styled!) bridal party.
Artisan Senior Associate Team Christine and Doug joined Jen + Troy on their big day. Thanks for having us, you two!
